      MAGICAL AND GREAT EXPEDITION IN ALASKA
The morning curiosity of the desire to discover new  horizons in  good  balance  with its
geographical  and  ecological  particularities  is  an  integral part  of  expedition projects 
that  it  is  interesting  to  carry out , especially  in  the polar  regions   in this fascinating
territory that is Alaska.
Located in northwest Canada, bordered by the Beaufort Sea, the Arctic Ocean, the Gulf  of Alaska, the Pacific Ocean and
separated from the Asian continent by the Bering Strait,  Alaska 49th  and largest   state of  the United States covering a
total area of 1,717,854 square kilometers  is a  territory  that  fascinates with its   natural  configuration  composed large
wild spaces integrating in particular more  than  1800  islands  including  Kodiak Island,  the   second largest island in the United  States  after  Hawaii  in  parallel  with  places  all as  radiant   as  each  other. Juneau   airport, I'm  joining Warren
Bentlay American geological engineer passionate about nature and ecology who will be my guide during  our expedition 
to 4 days that will take us from the great   mountain ranges  to the  glaciers of  this  beautiful and  rebellious land  that is
Alaska. We take off in the early morning aboard a seaplane heading north to reach the Brooks Range region while flying over Denali National Park, which is the largest natural park in the  state  integrating  Denali Mount  which  culminates at
6190 meters that we  will  discover by  its  south face  while  admiring  its  particularities  at the  same time majestic and magical. After 60 minutes of flight, we begin our landing on the Yukon river most important  river  of Alaska  along 2000
kilometers which extends from the Canadian border to the Bering Sea to then follow the river and its gentle undulating banks aboard Canoes Kayaks which will be for us a  unique  experience  allowing us to  be  close to  nature in its  purest
state. These vast spaces  are  acclimatized  with a  harsh  climate  and the  731,545  thousand  inhabitants  of Alaska are
mainly located in the south of the state where the administrative capital Juneau  is  located in  parallel with  other cities
such as Anchorage or Silka .Before joining Les Brooks Range located in the Arctic Circle, we take  off in the  direction of 
Fairbanks before reach the forest of Tongass which it is delightful to cross in  its  boreal part  while also  discovering the
richness of its fauna with in particular the presence of brown bears, polar  foxes or  the  golden  eagle  called bald eagle
symbol of American power which are all year round in total freedom supplemented by a flora which benefits from snow
and ice, which provides it with water, thus promoting the growth of vegetation.

The Permanent Views Of Breathtaking Landscapes

In addition to the beauty of the   landscapes and  their  varieties, Alaska is  also  a continent conducive to many activities

sports that are  exciting  to  practice  whether  on foot or  mountain  biking   in  the  heart of  its  forests or  else along its

sumptuous lakes as well as enjoying its well-equipped resorts for on-piste skiing such as that of background on its many

natural spaces. Dog sled rides are also an interesting experience which allow  you to  discover this territory with options 

integrating baptism when you are seated in the sled or the introduction to driving a  team  or you learn to  drive a  team 

over a day or more depending on the option chosen. Our journey takes us further  west  where  we fly  over  the coastal 

coast both cut and rugged including beaches in its north  western  part  passing  through  majestic  cliffs  and fjords like 

that of Lynn Canal located further south which by   its  length  covering 150  kilometers  represents  the most important   

fjord of the United States followed by a stopover in  the Aleutian  Islands in the  Alaska  Peninsula which delight us with their contrasting landscapes or  stand up  against the  ocean  of the  immense  dark  and silent  mountains. We arrive at   

Juneau airport and  after  having  warmly  thanked and  greeted  Warren  Bentley for his  cooperation   and his devotion   

during his 4 days of journey, I take the train to join Anchorage and  while  admiring the  landscapes, i think back to the     

permanent views of these breathtaking landscapes integrating everything that  nature  has more  noble that it is  inte-     

resting to observe especially in its arctic part during the aurora borealis  punctuated with  bursts of  magic  lights in the  sky in the same way as its sunsets on its many lakes or its  shimmering  islands and the  Alaska,  a land that is both wild  and attractive, is a territory that fascinates with its diversity which makes it an active and unforgettable destination.
