STROLL IN MOROCCO IN HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS
One of the particularities that we observe in our globalized world is the diversity that we find in particular on the African continent when we visit a country like Morocco whose very attractive geographical and tourist data allow us to discover radiant spaces in the closer to nature in its purest form.
Located on the central part of the Moroccan continent integrating the highest peak of all Morocco and South Africa
North which is the Toubkal which culminates at 4167 meters above sea level, the mountain range designated as the
" High Atlas "which extends over approximately 750 kilometers while delimiting the country into three distinct regions
that are Morocco Atlantic, Mediterranean Morocco And Saharan Morocco is also located in the heart of the Berber
region populated by the Amazigh Berbers whose main resources of these majestic regions come from agriculture and
livestock.Consisting of mountains, forests and cliffs complemented by traditional villages with shimmering architecture
including in particular uphill streets steeped in bright colors, this fascinating territory is broken down into 3 different
and complementary spaces divided between the western, the central and the eastern that are the Western High Atlas.
Integrating the National Park De Toubkal which is the oldest completed in its central part by a space which extends from
Azilal to Ouarzazate to finally join the High Atlas Oriental internationally recognized to be a jewel World Archaeological
Heritage. Popular destination, appreciable and appreciated by many visitors and tourists around the world, the High
Atlas is a place conducive to a total change of scenery which delights hikers and enthusiasts of wide open spaces to
make sometimes surprising discoveries often supplemented by enriched encounters in the Berber villages nestled on
the hills or the mountains against a backdrop of breathtaking landscapes integrating all that nature has more noble.
Wild Spaces Full of Emotions
Going along the valleys and reaching the snow-capped peaks is pure wonder to admire the beauty of the landscapes for
then reach wild spaces full of emotions located in the Toubkal National Park known for its biodiversity integrating a rich
fauna and a diversified flora that it is pleasant to rub shoulders with many protected animal species such as the Caracal
Lynx, the Barbary Squirrel, the Grand Duke Ascalaphe or even the Leopard of Berberia like to observe the variety of its
flora which modulates according to the altitude of the summits with doums,dwarf palms and wild olive trees that one
crosses on heights varying from 850 to 1200 meters altitude to then find on higher spaces bushy plants and broom to
finish with the Atlas Leucanthemum which is a thick-leaved violet that blooms at the top of Toubkal. The High Atlas has
also geographical and geological particularities which are interesting to visit on the basis of formulas and original tours
that range from trekking routes on a 5-day basis in the Toubkal National Park as expeditions by Jeep near Ouarzazate
or on the back of camels in the province of Errachida located in the northeastern part of the High Atlas. Morocco, a country of contrasts embellished with landscapes as radiant as each other that we enjoy discovering whether on its land
ocean or mountainous part, is also a country rich in its culture and proud of its history complemented by an authentic
heritage that fascinates with the beauty of its natural spaces and the serenity of its places.
