                  GASTRONOMIC PLEASURES                                          IN AUVERGNE RHONE ALPES
When we  visit  France,  especially  that  of  these  regions, we  are always  delighted  to meet the  men  and  women  who  live there , by their cultural  wealth  as well  as their   
their gastronomic   traditions  supplemented  by  landscapes  where magic  and magical colors often emerge at daybreak which accompany the fauna and flora and nothing like a  getaway  in  the  AUVERGNE  RHONE ALPES  region  to  discover its great attractions 
integrating all that nature has to offer.
The AUVERGNE RHONE ALPES region which is  located in the  South Eastern  part of  France with a configuration varied
and multiple integrating natural places and mountainous  spaces  found  in its alpine or  Auvergne region complemented
by the Rhône river in parallel with many   rivers  embellished with  gentle  undulating  banks and when one arrives in this region taking  advantage  in  particular with  its  transport  and  communication  facilities  which positioned  at controlled
distances from other French regions in addition to foreign  countries  borders, it is  also  interesting  to get off the beaten
track and discover enchanting places  that  we find  especially  in the  departments  of  PUY DE DOME and HAUTE LOIRE
which are majestic and  also  including  pretty  villages  labeled as  MONTPEYROUX, USSON or LAVAUDIEU  that we visit 
with  pleasure ,especially  in  their  small  streets  embellished with  brightly  colored  flowers   and  shimmering shops  in 
addition to good walks  or  bike  rides  in  the  forest  and  along  the  rivers  which can  only  delight  lovers of hiking and
small queen taking into account the very many cycle and pedestrian routes available and easy to  access throughout the region which it is   pleasant to  criss-cross  in autumn  because  one  discovers  unique  places  crossed with  colors often 
preceded by morning mists which cover, like a cloud, the foothills of its steep mountains, its villages and its valleys which are reminiscent of an impressionist  painting  worthy of  Claude  Monet.One  tradition  that we  appreciate  from the first
days of autumn in this radiant  region  integrating  shimmering  territories  is the  picking of  mushrooms,  as Patrick and
Catherine LANGEVIN tell me, originating from BRIOUDE and mycology enthusiasts whom i accompany in a forest in the
Livradois Regional Nature Park  drill . »  Autumn,  which is a  romantic  morning  season of  pastel  colors  that  we enjoy 
rubbing shoulders with and admiring  along  rivers and  lakes and  in the  heart of  forests  is  also a  gastronomic season 
to picking mushrooms and chanterelles that we enjoy discovering and  picking to make  delicious  meals  with a touch of autumnal and country." tell me with a big smile Patrick And  Catherine  while cutting  at the foot   of a tree a magnificent colored mushroom of a substantial size that he shows me like a hunting trophy.

A Region Where Everything Is Convenient For Good Cookery

 Stay in AUVERGNE RHONE ALPES also  means  discovering its  gastronomic  heritage  and enjoying the pleasures of the
table in addition to the fact that we are in a region renowned for its gastronomy that we meet at local producers of good
local products such as AIGUILHE in  Haute Loire  at the  POTS POTES  cannery  which produce  and sell  local specialities
such as Forez  and  Velay  veal, black  Velay  lamb in  addition to  duck  cookings,  terrines ans rillettes  complemented by
delicious prepared dishes  such as  grilled  veal  with potatoes or  coulis of  ceps from the  Cévennes. "We  use traditional 
recipes with gastronomic and culinary particularities that we use with finesse  and respect for  traditions in  the prepara- 
tion of our  cookings  and  our ready  meals  whose  quality,  finesse and  flavor  are  recognized and  appreciated  by our 
customers in France and abroad".Notice that can also be found in  typical  restaurants  like the one  at the MARGOT INN located in USSON where Patrice and Nathalie PEREIRA produce  quality  cooking  incorporating  local products and also
local specialities such as the famous truffade.»I am demanding on the  quality of  my products,  which come mainly from local and regional producers because my cuisine is varied, whether for lunches  more  focused  on the flavors and mood
of the  market in  the  same  way  as for diners  or  customers, with  fewer  time  constraints, take  the time  to taste and 
appreciate quality cooking that i also call traditional cooking "Nathalie PEREIRA tells me while  showing me  around her shimmering shaded terrace which alone reflects all the conviviality of  this enchanting place where gastronomy and the French way of life are constantly combined. Another particularity that  is  interesting  to specify is the  development  for  
some a few years of what is called eco-tourism,  which  notably makes  it  possible  to discover  rural tourism in order to
taste the local gastronomy in addition to the visit of farms which delight young  and old in parallel with the discovery of
places accompanied by a rich   and  diversified fauna  and  flora and  visit  the  AUVERGNE RHONE ALPES region  where
everything is convenient for good food and very active for entertainment is a  great destination for yours next holydays
in a friendly environment where pure nature reigns supreme.
